starting employment and assume any associated costs as a condition of employment. · Complete on the job training · Complete CPR and First Aid · Attend a PLAR information session · Complete the PLAR program within two years of hire · Provide a two-year return of service agreement after successfully obtaining your CCA certificate Responsibilities: The CCA is responsible for the provision of personal care to residents, within the scope of employment/job description for the CCA, under the supervision of the charge nurses (RNs/LPNs).
