About Our Care Group

Nestled at the base of the North Mountain, in the Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia, Canada, our residences - Mountain Lea Lodge, The Meadows Community, and Willow Vale Apartments - are situated near the community of Bridgetown. Through our Independent Living Support program, participants enjoy living in their own apartments throughout Annapolis County.

 

Our three Small Options Homes, located in the picturesque seaside towns of Digby and Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, are home to participants in those areas. In all of our homes, residents and participants are supported to reach their highest potential, and experience all that life has to offer within our communities and beyond! We are fortunate that both idyllic natural areas, and the services and conveniences of larger centres, are all within reach. We are made up of many talented and caring individuals who are committed to excellence. Our people are the heart of our community and our organization.

 

Together we have established an environment that is a great place to work, develop and grow. Mountains & Meadows Care Group has had a presence in the community for 50 years, and we will continue to see many more to come. Our future is bright!
