Quality Dashboard

We are committed to promoting a culture of continuous quality improvement and one that values varying abilities, diversity, and inclusion. We aim to ensure high quality, culturally safe, resident/person-centered dignified care and continuously improved LTC services. 

 

Quality is one of Mountains and Meadows Care Group's (MMCG) core values and one of its strategic directions. 

 

We continuously monitor and evaluate our performance and make changes based on overall organizational priorities, to improve the experience for our residents and their families, as well as our staff. 

 

Our vision is to be the provider of choice for our residents and the employer of choice for our dedicated and compassionate staff.

 

To help us achieve our vision, we seek to understand the lived experience from our residents and employees, by asking them to complete satisfaction surveys twice a year. Please see the results of these surveys below and consider coming to live or work with us.
